Hi, this is great! I have to share this tip I used (originally suggested by An Bourmanne), trick yourself that you are just going to do this important thing for 10 min and then go back to being playful or cleaning or any of the various things we do to distract ourselves. I tried it and actually did the task and spent of course more then 10 minutes but felt really happy afterwards.
